Application and Issuance of Fire
Certificate |
| Please contact the Fire Investigation

| (1) |
Application for fire certificate
and objects: Both the property owner of the
fire affected households and the current residents
(including two or more houses) shall apply
for fire certificates. Application can also
be made to non-building fire (such as vehicle,
ship and crops). |
| (2) |
Normal residence application
for fire certificate must be attached with
the following
certificates: |
| a. |
One photocopy of ID card
of the applicant; |
| b. |
Personal seal of the
applicant; |
| c. |
One photocopy of document
for the house property right (for vehicle,
a photocopy driving license or relevant
certifying documents should be provided;
for lease, a photocopy of the lease
contract should be provided). |
| d. |
If the application is
made by the person who is authorized
by the applicant, the photocopies of
the Power of Attorney as well as the
ID card of the applicant should be attached. |
| e. |
If entirely burnt, a
certificate issued by leader of the
community is required. |

For application made by a company
(or factory) of a fire certificate, the following
documents must be attached: |
